Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Vulcan PC Services regarding the purchase of services. By using any service offered by Vulcan PC Services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Vulcan PC Services offers:

  • Custom PC building and assembly

  • PC upgrade consultations

  • Parts guidance and sourcing

  • Local collection or shipping of completed systems

2. Payment Terms

  • The price listed covers the build service only.

  • Parts and shipping are billed separately and must be paid in full before the build begins.

  • A deposit may be required before work starts.

  • All payments are due in GBP via approved payment methods.

3. Consultation and Parts Approval

Before any build begins:

  • A consultation will be scheduled to understand your needs.

  • A custom parts list will be proposed.

  • Once approved and payment is received, parts will be ordered or accepted from the client.

4. Client-Supplied Parts

  • If you choose to supply your own parts, they must be in working condition and compatible with the planned build.

  • Vulcan PC Services is not liable for faults, damage, or compatibility issues with client-supplied components.

5. Build Time and Testing

  • Estimated build and testing time will be provided after parts are secured.

  • Each system undergoes basic functionality testing before delivery or collection.

6. Shipping and Collection

  • Clients can opt for local collection or paid shipping within the UK.

  • Shipping fees and insurance (if requested) are the client’s responsibility.

7. Guarantee

  • Each completed system includes a 1-year labor guarantee.

  • This covers issues related to assembly (not part failures unless they are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).

  • Any unauthorized modifications or tampering may void this guarantee.

8. Returns and Cancellations

  • Custom-built PCs are non-refundable once assembly has begun.

  • Cancellations made before part ordering or assembly may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding any costs already incurred).

  • In the event of a fault, please contact me directly for support.

9. Liability

  • Vulcan PC Services is not responsible for data loss, software errors, or damage caused by misuse after delivery.

  • I am also not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes when applicable.
