Shipping Policy

At Vulcan PC Services, I strive to ensure your custom PC reaches you safely and in excellent condition. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Options

You can choose between two delivery options:

Local Collection – Free local pickup can be arranged by appointment.
Nationwide Shipping (UK only) – PCs can be securely packaged and shipped to your address using a tracked courier service.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are not included in the build cost and will be calculated separately based on:

Your location
Package weight and dimensions
Insurance coverage (if requested)

You will receive a full shipping quote before payment is finalized.

3. Packaging and Handling

All systems are carefully packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Internal components may be secured with protective foam to prevent shifting. Instructions for unpacking will be provided if necessary.

4. Delivery Times

Once the build is complete and fully tested:

Collection orders can usually be picked up within 1 business day.
Shipped orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on courier and location.

You will receive tracking information once the item has been dispatched.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your PC arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me immediately. I will assist with filing a claim with the courier. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended for high-value builds.

6. International Shipping

At this time, I only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
