Refund Policy

At Vulcan PC Services, I aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Please review the following refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom PC Builds
Due to the personalized nature of custom-built PCs, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Before Parts Are Ordered:
If you cancel your order before any components are purchased, you are eligible for a full refund of the build service fee (excluding any consultation charges, if applicable). -
After Parts Are Ordered but Before Assembly:
A partial refund may be issued, minus any non-refundable costs incurred (e.g. restocking fees, shipping, and consultation time). Any components purchased on your behalf will either be sent to you or refunded based on the supplier's return policy. -
After Assembly Has Begun:
Once the build process has started, no refunds will be issued for the build service. Parts may still be returned or exchanged based on supplier return policies, but labor costs are non-refundable.
2. Upgrade Consultations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
3. Faulty Parts or Builds

Any issues related to assembly are covered under the 1-year labour guarantee.

Faulty components are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. I will assist with the return process if necessary, but I am not responsible for manufacturer delays or decisions.
4. Shipping-Related Issues

Vulcan PC Services is not liable for damage caused during transit unless insurance was purchased at the time of shipping.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
